Hmm, it has always been either my sapphire preferred or ink. I have large spends and a good relationship with Chase but use my card in places like Ghana, Rwanda, Paraguay and India. Always get a US based all center, a very apologetic person when I have to call and think it won't happen again then a few moths later it does. Thankfully I get though quickly and resolve the matter easily-we will see how it goes though now with 1 year overseas.
