I used to have that problem with Chase all the time. Finally I called them and said "My job is sending me overseas for a while, I am now a legal resident of [country x] and I will be required to travel regularly between [countries 1,2,3....n] so I need your geographic security alert system turned off for my account." Obviously fill in all the countries you might travel to.

As far as I can tell they turned it off and it has never alerted since then. That was around 7 or 8 years ago.
