The OP
did contact corporate, but they referred him to the HLE station manager. Perhaps the OP should hang up and try again, but $50k/year for 8-10 cars (note that $50k would cover a couple of midsize or perhaps full-size cars plus one year's maintenance) I would not be very hopeful.
