I am paying $15 per day for an "upgrade" from a Impala (full size) to a RAV 4 with a busted airbag side curtain cover... and when I tried to pull the "but I'm a PC member" line at the DTW counter, the unsympathetic agent said PC's are only given upgrades when there is plenty of availability, which Christmas week doesn't count as. So I'm paying close to $400 for a rental this week.
