Since I am lifetime Gold, every year about this time, AA sends me a new card along with some "Recognition of Outstanding Service" Coupons. The only thing is, this year the name and address on the envelope was correct, but the card, the coupons, and the letter have someone else's name and AA number on it! The name and number aren't even close, this is a total mixup.

Did this happen to anyone else? If so, I'm sure they'll send a second batch out. Even if not, I'm not sure it's worth calling in for, as I've never really used that card they send. All it does is verify that I am gold, but my boarding passes do that adequately.
