Have trawled the forum for a while but couldn't find anything reasonably recent...

Can anyone recommend a way to buy a DAS13 (Circle N/S Asia + SW Pacific) or DCIR22 ex-BKK ?

I rang the AA RTW desk and they were able to do a DCIR22 itinerary to be priced in THB (waiting for that to happen), but how would I go about actually buying it ? From what I've read in the posts I've found searching, using a credit card in BKK without being there in person can be difficult.

The lady I spoke to said they would be unable to do a DAS13 itinerary because it wouldn't touch the US.

Has anyone else out there done a DAS13 ex-BKK ?
