Two hours should be plenty of time to make the connection. The downside is that you will not have time to enjoy the F lounge in DXB. You do not need to clear customs, but you do go through security in DXB. This this routing I suspect in DXB you will both arrive and depart from the A380 concourse. Enjoy the trip.
