Booked prepaid parking on 12/20 to arrive 12/25 at. 7 pm. When we arrived they told us that they could not honor our prepaid parking and would refund us our money. We argued and they did let us park. Indoor parking area was packed full of cars. Not sure if we would have gotten in at another parking facility but doubted. In addition they were not staffed appropriately.
