Oh u r right! the recipient account already received $1000 for this month. thx for the info. btw, both accounts got verified and linked to different bank accounts.

Have you already sent any money to the receiving account this month? Remember their is a receive limit of $1k as well as a send limit. If the receiving account isn't verified, I think the limit is just $500.
