What's the point? To say you've been to Italy??
You're going to take two flights and 12 hours to get to LIN, then a train for 4 hours, then drive two hours to wine country?
All for a day and a half? And you need WiFi so you can work? Doesn't exactly sound romantic.

With that short a window, just pick a city that you can get to in two flights max (and no train or car) and enjoy it for three days.
