If you're been using the iPhone as your main phone, I would suggest going to Best Buy or another electronics store to play with the phones in person as the larger android phones are quite a different user experience. While I know many people who like the larger Android screens, I found the S-4 and the HTC One to be just a little too big to comfortably operate one-handed when I was shopping last summer and ended up going with the smaller Razr-M.
