AB Gold = OneWorld Sapphire

AA allowance for Sapphire would be 2 bags of 23kgs each with the standard size limitations, while Air Berlin's rules would be 2 bags of 32kgs, and they can be sports equipment (surf boards).

So my questions still are:

If Air Berlin would try to charge me AA's baggage fees for the bags for my connection MIA-POS, am I correct to argue that Air Berlin's rules for me as a TopBonus Gold should apply for the entire journey?

On my return, would Air Berlin's rules for me as an AB Gold apply for the entire journey back?

If the rules are in my favour (i.e. my FF allowance should apply to all flights), is there somewhere credible from where I can print this out before my journey?
