Redemption works online but not over phone?
Folks,
For the second time in a couple of months i have had a slightly complex Avios redemption to do that can't be completed online as a single transaction, and thus a single PNR. I'd like the single PNR so that if there's any connection missed it's covered.
So I call up to do it over the phone, and for the second time I discover that flights showing availability online are not showing up with the agent. These were CX flights on both occasions by the way.
So I have had to do it manually on multiple PNRs and will have to take the risk of a missed connection myself.
Anyone have any experience of this, or ways around it?
