After having my Nexus 5 for a few weeks I would definitely choose the Moto X off of your list. In loving the "Okay Google" commands and keep thinking that it would be great to get them without having to turn on the phone. Such as when driving.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm finding them very useful. And I'm also not at all a big touchwiz fan.
