The information stays there for years. Look up any flight in the flight status, then just change the date and flight number in the URL for the flight that you really need.

For example, did you fly New York to London in 2010? The data's still there: http://www.delta.com/flifo/servlet/D...0&request=main

Flightstats also keeps flight data for years. You have to register for a free account to see more than the last 3 days or so.
