I'm attempting to fill out a AmEx Travel Assure claim. My original Dec. 16 Delta flight 4637 from OMA to SLC was cancelled due to weather, and they weren't able to get me to my final destination until Dec. 18.
As part of the claim form, AmEx wants a "Document to validate covered cancellation/interruption reason". Any ideas on what that is, or if there is some sort of online flight tracker that would show it?
