Actually, it concerns transit from one ANA flight to another ANA flight. In addition to commenting on whether NRT has any transit hotels, I had hoped someone might know about any benefit ANA extended, such as a sleep room in one of their lounges, and from that perspective I thought it appropriate to post the question in the ANA thread. On the other hand, I also welcomed (and welcome) any solution that would not require ANA participation if ANA does not offer any place to sleep for their business class passengers.

But so as to be responsive to the moderator's concerns, I have now separated the two questions, and started a thread in the ANA section specifically limited to ANA-related content: whether ANA offers anyplace for its business class passengers to sleep at NRT.
