I registered for these bonuses on 10th Oct, and they were valid for 90 days, so expire 8 Jan. If you've not registered them yet, they should still work for you beyond 2013 for a while if not 90 days (unsure of promotion codes as they don't show on a/c, so they may be incorrect, but matched up as best I can):

Despite registration date, other bonus codes I've used recently all expire 31 Dec 13, so not listed here.
