Millions of people are legally dual citizens. Of those there are a few who again legally have more than two citizenships and can have more than two current and valid passports.

An example here would be Northern Ireland, where most people born there are both British and Irish Citizens. (Ireland treats anyone born in the island of Ireland as Irish Citizens while the UK treats those born in NI as British Citizens).

No need to pick on the OP. He/She has enough problems if trying to travel on an expired passport. That's just being foolhardy. You do however have to keep your wits about you and not act stupidly.

My wife and I have the two passports the OP referred to, and one other besides. All are current and legal. There are huge advantages in such a situation; visa exemptions or lower visa fees, for example.
