I've been seeing this the last 6 months. As recently where AS held F/4 under T-24 on a DEN-SEA flight and all 4 sold. I don't mind it even if I don't get a FC UG because of it; Those folks are paying AS decent money for those seats.

And if those F seats turn into U seats, you get a few happy people at the gate.
