Well obviously multi-lingual countries have an advantage here
If you consider that in the western world most bilingual nations are French+another language, you don't gain another language. For example a flight from YUL to BRU will meed only three languages.

My personal record was 4:TLV-BRU on SN: Frenchr Flemish (Dutch), Hebrew, and English.
If trains count as well,then the Thalys has announcements in four languages all the time: French, Dutch, English and German.
