I wasn't talking to anybody in particular (there have been several people that requested upgrades and registered after the set deadline), nor is it my right to enforce rules or tell anybody who they can and can't give their upgrades to. I was merely pointing out the rules that were posted and suggesting we adhere to them, since I assume they exist for a reason.
