This is the letter I received from Incomm addressing my complaint with FDIC about the blocking of my two MVDs. After unblocking last month, I am continuing fast loads/unloads (within an hr of loading) at my local WF using CA. I did two CA: once in last month and one over the weekend. I plan to do this, not that I know the procedure to unlock my cards and I keep the documents.
