Indeed, a smile and a friendly approach goes a long way anywhere in the world. My understanding though is that this is something all BA flyers can be thankful for from AA (AA Irrops systems are apparently being implemented at BA)… Hopefully this means a measured improvement in BA's comically and routinely poor irrops...
