You could also transfer Chase UR pts to Virgin Atlantic miles (1:1) and then transfer these to Hilton (1:2) essentially transferring Chase UR to Hilton at 1:2. However, it's still doubtful this is a good deal and I'd only use it to "top off" my Hilton account.

But also keep in mind, for both the Virgin Atlantic and the Hawaiian Airlines transfer options (both are 1:2), you can only transfer in multiples of 5k i.e. 5k Virgin Atlantic miles to 10k Hilton pts.
