Any Recourse if location won't honor president circle upgrade
Have a employee currently in a 2013 Ford Turaus (G) on a (F) reservation that we renew every week. With my CDP discount and taxes it is $95.23 a week. He is a PC which says "guarantees" him an upgrade.
Station manager told him they would no longer upgrade him from a full to a premium because they were losing money and were no longer able to rent cars at below what the car cost them.
Just wondering if there is any recourse on there "guarantee"? I did call Hertz and they referred me back to station manager.
