1. When I get notification that the flight is delayed, I always show up later based off the timeframe of the revised departure time. I've never been in a situation where the time moves back earlier again after it has been delayed. If anything, experience tells me they may delay it MORE, 50% of the time.

2. I've also checked bags in based off the timeframe of the revised/delayed departure time - no issues.

3. I also like to see what the alternate flights that I can be on as well.

Keep an eye out on the flight status regardless just in case.
