This may be a dumb question, apologies in advance - how do I know if I'm shut down by MVD? I've tried to log into my account and I keep receiving "incorrect username/password". I've been able to reset my password, so the website recognizes my username... but I can't log in. Does this mean I've been shut down?

Data point - 31.5k loaded since late July. All cashed out via WM MO.
