Is it supposed to be a separate line or the same biz line w/ DM get escorted to the front? I was escorted to the front of the biz line on flight to CGK in Nov. Didn't see a separate/third line - not sure if it was because all DM were already onboard or if there supposed to be a separate line in the first place. No F on this flight.
