Problem with purchasing LCC (Spring, Junyao) plane tickets in China is the method.
You cannot use an international credit card, only Chinese bank issued therefore for most foreigners, purchasing online from abroad is impossible unless you have a Chinese national friend purchase it for you.
Spring doesn't fly sha-pek and juneyao isn't lcc but both can be booked with foreign cards.
