Hi,

When managing a booking I made online, I am shown an upgrade offer to Club Europe for GBP 56,--. When trying to book this upgrade, I repeatedly get this error message:

Error
We're sorry but this flight cannot be upgraded online. Please contact your local reservations office.

I called the reservation office and they couldn't help saying the upgrade is only available online. Aargh!

Any idea what might help in getting this sorted and the upgrade booked?
