LodgeNet was one of the biggest providers of PPV services in hotels. They had declared bankruptcy, and have since changed their name to Sonifi (not sure of bankruptcy status).

They are no longer supporting video game systems starting with the new year.


These properties may have been hedging their bets that the company would go under completely and started looking at alternate options or none at all (internet upgrades) instead.
