True, seamless was a bad choice of words I suppose. What I meant was, it is seamless in the sense that you are always calling over your T-Mobile number and do not need a separate app to dial out with.
Back in the 'old' days, when UMA first came out, TMO phones did seamlessly hand-off btw wifi/uma and cellular calls. If you initiated on uma and then handed off to cell towers, they did not charge you for the minutes.
Somehow, when the newer phones came out, they lost that ability!
