No roll over in the sense that they count for status, but the miles will still be there for you to use later on. (I.e. no need to use them now.)

And I second TPJ's opinion: you should have placed these miles in the A3 program, which would have probably made you *Gold by now. Maybe a good idea for 2014.

(OTH, you could add a few more flights to your M&M account. For 28.000 miles you can buy an intra-European ticket including taxes. Not the best use of miles, but better than giving them away.)
