I am referring to the credit card. I have the ebay mastercard (GE Capital Retail Bank,) it is one of my older credit accounts and I am trying to see if there is someone who has used it before for an American Express Gift Card.
Not sure, But if its a horrible rewards card like you said whats the advantage of trying?
