I have spoken to BA who confirmed the seat is available, it is not greyed out when I log into my booking, i.e. I could move there, actually there are several seats I could choose. Logging in on her booking ref only 1 seat shows as available on the UD.

Loads of seats on the LD together, so not the end of the world, just would of been nice to be upstairs. Spoil her for her first time in Club ;-)
