I just checked the seating chart for our next flight in J on a 747. We are Blue and I see nothing in Row 62 blocked out; the whole upper deck is available to us for selection (for a price!) Maybe someone has actually booked the seat? (Our plane is the 52-seat CW configuration, if that matters).
