I'm unsure about the shipping situation. And you shouldn't be paying $99 as it is a free trial for the first few months I believe. I've been doing it for over a month and it has not shown up on my cards anywhere.
Have you ordered before? There may be a free shipping code in the "Your order has been approved!" email.
