As far as codes, I used HOLIDAYCC4 yesterday and it granted me free shipping.
CC4 no longer works - tried multiple browsers. And also tried all the usual codes. No dice. And now EACH card is being charged separate shipping. I did free trial but its been so hit and miss for getting approvals, the $99 shipping seems a waste. Exact same cards with exact same shipping gets denials gets "unable to verify" every other order, so really only able to get one order a month per biz/personal.
