The positives at BA of late I think have been largely driven by BAEC - those folks really are working very hard to deliver more and more benefits, especially at GGL level ^ I do like the new F on the 380 too. I must admit though I am getting increasingly p!ssed off by other things - the boarding/baggage farce is the norm not exception these days for example. I've also been bitten by the woeful way BA elect to cater 'low load' flights despite being a 97 (I see a thread on that today) and in the past couple of months I've had 3 bad to awful crews too which is virtually unheard of in my own personal experience (thankfully, on each of the other sectors those 3 trips related to, the crew were good to excellent so all is not lost certainly).

Maybe I've just had a bad few months, maybe I'm just in a hungover grump today as I post this...but I have had a feeling recently that BAEC is great, lots of other things BA do (or don't, more usually) are beginning to irk me beyond a mere low level grumble.
