How much more does BA have to decline before Avios become unattractive

Anyone reading flyertalk of late would think BA was in terminal decline.

A few themes
1. Priority boarding farce
2. Hand baggage only fares ransoming the locker space
3. CE service declining, skipping pre dinner drinks rounds, persisting with brunch and afternoon tea, talk of reducing seat pitch
3 F service with no food choice surly crew and warm wine
4. Declining second meal in CW
5 Poor product development for the A380, CW seat squeeze
6. Unable to cope with IRROPs
7. Declining lounge product; loss of outstations
8 Huge rise in Gulf carrier competition which BA can not match

Can they still fly to serve or have they lost their mojo?
Belonging to the avios club has the end game of premium cabin travel but if this becomes less of a jewel then a critical
point will come when people will jump ship.

Are we there yet? Or is the domestic airline in such a monopoly position that it can still downgrade further?
Think the arrival of the new aircraft this year was a nice positive distraction
