JL17 Dec20 Delay / 'cargo door issue'
Arrived on JL17 over 1.5 hours ago. Flight was already delayed two hours to start due to the snow at YVR, which necessitated deicing. I can understand that.

Still standing in the baggage hall at NRT apparently due to an issue with the cargo door. The whole situation is being handled very poorly... Almost complete lack of announcements, with the few announcements being in Japanese only. An agent said that the door had been opened almost an hour ago... Well evidently that was false.

Just wanted to vent a bit, was supposed to be sitting in a Tokyo restaurant by now
