Man, this is getting confusing.. I just tried talking to an agent.

The best they see right now is AC flight from YYZ-FRA-CPH for Aug 17 then CPH-LHR-YYZ for Aug 30 with $600+ fees per person. Apparently that's all they see and they don't see anything connecting to the US. This is my first time redeeming Aeroplan, so I'm kind of at a loss of what to do

I researched and read this forum a lot lately and I was hoping to get
YYZ-EWR (UA5669)
EWR-CPH (SAS910) then
CPH-ORD (SK943)
ORD-YYZ (UA843)

Is the above schedule even doable or was this research all for nothing?
Did I get an agent that was trying to push for more fees? How do I get them to "see" those United or SAS flights?
