No, myself and other people here opined that the blue spot is no logo at all. Not even 1%. Nobody has said that the tail has to have the "full branding", just that it needs to be distinctive and represent the brand.
For you, it seems that you think the blue spot (by Himeno) will eventually whisper "AA" (because it definitely won't scream AA). For me, the blue spot just tells me " I am a blue tail." Different opinions nothing to argue about.
And again, useless argument. None of the suggested liveries are even under consideration.
There are only two liveries to choose from:
Any other livery by anyone is irrelevant. For that matter, I like the Hello Kitty design.
US employees will prefer the flag, at least there is a flag as in the current US tail.
AA employees hate their own company, therefore the old AA logo.
Absolutely no-one likes the mix of two designs.
Guess what the final choice will be from the two choices...
