Both Netspend and Incomm CSRs are not helpful at all. They both say they can't see numbers of other cards (Netspend says they don't see VR numbers, Incomm says they don't see what VR cards I loaded to Netspend).
But yesterday when I called and talked to another rep she said she would issue a request to send me a check for frozen funds (minus $500). I don't know if that happens or not, she said it takes about 20 business days. So I think I need to wait, maybe I will get at least frozen funds.
But I don't know how to dispute lost $500 yet.
I might be thinking of something completely different, but I think I read a thread or two from people who have been told that they would receive a check from netspend. It was a long process. First they said they would send a check in 20 days. Then when you call after 20 days they say they want a copy of your ID. Then there are other steps of them wanting more stuff and delaying a lot. But in the end people do get their money back, if they keep on em.
