Nope, I just fly ORD-NRT Once or twice a year (at most I've ever done it is three times a year) on a discounted economy ticket. I have been doing this for seven years now though ? I'm just a normal ANA milage club member with their credit card for the past year now. I never collect a large amount of miles or anything and always just use the awards for tickets within Japan.

Last year when I flew home over xmas on super discounted economy I was seated in premium economy on the way there and business on the way back, and the time before that as well. I think its been a couple years since I have actually sat in Y.

With that said, is there any better or worse seats in C?
