Thanks for concisely stating the problem. I have been unable to pay bills as well. I have tried Chrome, IE, Mozilla; have tried my home IP address & a Public (library) IP address. I have also revisited the site on consecutive days with the same strategy.

I also asked my son who has a BB acct to attempt to pay a bill. His attempts mirrored my strategy and also failed.

I have had a BB acct for over a year. This is the first time that the problem has persisted over multiple days.

We can both write pre-authorized checks for bills no problem. If this is the wrong forum for the question please advise.!
