Once it's understood that co-mingling a restricted fare makes the entire ticket restricted, IMHO, in asking if agents have the same information you're looking for problems that don't exist. Your booking confirmation may show only a fare letter but the ticket receipt line shows fare (not bucket, the specific rule) segment by segment.
