As Yesitsme replied. The actual PIC or Pilot in Command (Captained named on all legal paperwork) would be nominated by the Company. The Captain occupying the right hand seat would have to be 'Right Seat Qualified' as they are operating out of their normal role, and as such would most likely be a trainer.
