My mother-in-law came to visit me LHR-ORD-LHR. However, she booked through a TA, which somehow put her on UA metal but marketed as an LH flight number. The ticket stock is LH 220, not UA 016.
On the
standard retroactive mileage request form, when I select UA as the operating carrier, it tells me
We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later.
and when I say that LH was the operating carrier it says
Credit for this Ticket has already been applied to the MileagePlus account.
which clearly can't be the case since she only has under 1000 miles in her account!
